He was in office in the last decade of Amenhotep’s III reign and at the beginning of the reign of the latter king. What is special about his grave is the stunning quality of the wall decorations; the most impressive part is undoubtedly that relief wall with its depictions of several couples worked out in the finest detail, which are shown in the beauty of their youth and in tender embrace and harmonious proximity.
